Payment is accepted using debit or credit cards through PAYPAL which is a globally recognised secure online payment service. You do not have to join PayPal in order to purchase any cd on this site.

DESPATCH

Albums are dispatched within 5 working days after payment has been cleared. Worldwide shipping is available - please enquire by email for quotation.

 

RETURNS POLICY

In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your purchase or if it arrives in a damaged condition and you wish to return your item/s please contact me via email as soon as possible.

 

You will need to return the item within 7 days of receipt - cost of return is not redeemable. Upon return we will try to replace it or refund your payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Every effort will be made to accommodate a cancellation or change request providing your order has not yet been processed and dispatched. To expedite the cancellation process please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Alternatively, should you wish to pay by cheque this is also acceptable, though it will take longer for you to receive the album, due to post and clearance etc. You'll need to send an email order giving the following information:-

 

• ALBUM TITLE/S AND ID NUMBER

• DELIVERY NAME AND ADDRESS

• MOBILE/TELEPHONE No.
